摘　　要：阐述了O2O的概念及五大要素,分析了将O2O模式引入高校图书馆服务的可行性,提出了O2O模式下高校图书馆服务的改进措施。This paper expounds the concept and five elements of O2 O, analyzes the feasibility of introducing O2O model into university library＇s service, and puts forward some measures for improving university library＇s service under O2O model.
