摘　　要：网络改变了信息、情报、文献的传递与呈现方式,信息数据的爆炸性增长,影响着社会发展、科学研究乃至人们的日常生活,文献信息行业将成为全世界的重要产业之一。网络文献信息中的灰色文献由于其固有的特性,越来越成为人们进行事务决策、科学研究的重要信息源。重点阐述了网络灰色文献的特点与类型,并对如何挖掘利用网络灰色文献的问题进行了分析。Network has changed the transmission and presentation mode of the massage,the explosive growth of information data influences the social development, scientific research and even people＇s daily life, and the literature information industry will become one of the important industry in the world. Due to its inherent characteristics, the grey literature in network information more and more become an important information source for people＇s affairs decision-making and scientific research. This paper emphatically expounds the types and characteristics of the network grey literature,and make detailed analysis of how to dig and use the network grey literature.
