摘　　要：诺曼·梅勒以历史事实和个人经历为基础,娴熟运用小说创作技巧,生动叙述和分析事件。这种融合历史学家视野和小说家叙事技巧的创作手法消除文学创作中经验与想象之间的界限,构建一种全新的后现代文学形式——非虚构小说。《夜幕下的大军》是这一体例的重要代表,有特殊的叙述人称、叙述视角、叙述方式、人物话语和独特的叙事效果。Norman Mailer is adept at making vivid narration of stories based on historical events and personal experiences, as well as employing storytelling techniques of fiction. By combining perceptions of historians and narrative techniques of novelists, this writing approach dissolves the boundary between experience and imagination in literary creation, thus restructures a new genre of postmodern literature, non-fiction novel. Mailer＇s The Armies of the Night, a unique rendition of non-fiction novel, is of signifi- cant value in terms of narrative strategies and narrative effects.
