摘　　要：编委是期刊重要的学术资源,对于提高期刊质量和扩大期刊影响力发挥着决定性的作用。期刊编辑部既要强调编委的责任和义务,还要注重为编委提供人文关怀,充分肯定编委对期刊发展的贡献,激发编委参与办刊的热情,才能使期刊与编委达到双赢,营造共同发展的学术环境。\ Editorial board members are an important resource for academic periodicals and play crucial role in improving journal quality and expanding the periodical influence. Journal editorial office should not only emphasize the board members’ responsibility and obligation,but also attach importance to the humanistic care to them, completely recognize their contribution to the journal development,arouse their enthusiasm to participate in running the journal. By these ways,journals and editorial board members can achieve a win-win situation,and create a joint development of the academic environment.
