摘 要:研究1 000 kV支柱瓷绝缘子的自然积污规律可为我国特高压工程外绝缘设计和运行检修提供参考。为此,通过对荆门特高压变电站运行的支柱瓷绝缘子进行了连续3 a的积污观察和检测,测量了等值附盐密度(缩写为ESDD,简称为盐密)、不溶物密度(缩写为NSDD,简称为灰密)及污秽成分,分析了1 000 kV支柱瓷绝缘子污秽不均匀分布特性以及与传统瓷绝缘子积污特性的差异,评估了现阶段绝缘子污秽水平。研究结果表明:11 000kV支柱瓷绝缘子沿面盐密和灰密分布较不均匀,高压端最高,其他部位逐渐走低。绝缘子上表面积污重于下表面,上表面与下表面积污比为1.7~4.4;背风面积污重于迎风面,迎风面与背风面积污比为0.17~0.90;2绝缘子表面污秽物中Ca SO4质量分数为65%~70%,高于线路绝缘子现有测量数据;3随着运行时间的延长,上表面与下表面盐密积污比变化较小,灰密积污比增幅较大;迎风面与背风面积污比呈下降趋势;4对于1 000 kV支柱瓷绝缘子的单个元件,可考虑采取"前后2点简化法"测量污秽度;5同一运行环境、不同电压等级的支柱瓷绝缘子积污特性存在一定差异;6基于"一年一清扫"的前提,支柱瓷绝缘子的污秽水平现仍处于设计范围,并有一定裕度。The purpose of this study was to provide some references for UHV project external insulation design, product manufacturing, operation and maintenance by the research of natural contamination rules of 1 000 kV post porcelain in- sulator. The observation and examination on post insulator pollution severity of post insulator for three years was operated in 1 000 kV Jindongnan UHV AC substation. According to equivalent salt deposit density(ESDD) and non soluble deposit density(NSDD) measurement and pollution composition analysis results, the uneven contamination distribution characte- ristics of 1 000 kV post porcelain insulator and comparison with traditional porcelain insulator was analyzed in this paper, and the pollution level of post insulator at the present stage was also evaluated. From the rasesrch results, it can be con- cluded that the ESDD and NSDD distribution of 1 000 kV post porcelain insulator was very uneven, the pollution severity measurement value of insulator top surface was higher than bottom surface generally, and average ratio of top surface to bottom surface of insulator was 1.7-4.4. The pollution severity measurement value of insulator leeward side is higher than windward side generally, and average ratio of the windward side to leeward side of insulator was 0.17-0.90. The CaSO4 content of pollution matter was 65%~70%, far exceeding measurement data of cap and pin insulators.The average ESDD of deposition ratio of the top surface to bottom surface of insulator changes smaller by the extension of operation time, but the average NSDD of deposition ratio of the top surface to bottom surface of insulator has larger improvement, and the average deposition ratio of the windward side to leeward side of insulator shows a downward trend. It was considered that "two measuring point method" was could be taken to measure pollution severity of 1 000 kV post porcelain insulator unit.There was some diversity in different voltage level of post insulator used in the same operation environment.Based
