摘 要:为了研究特高压(UHV)输电线路断路器不装合闸电阻的可行性,从变电站和输电线路的安全角度考虑,提出了取消断路器合闸电阻的判据,并采用电磁暂态程序(EMTP)模拟计算了线路长度为50~400 km的特高压输电线路断路器不装合闸电阻时的合闸过电压水平、波前时间及线路闪络率。计算结果表明,线路长度〉100 km的输电线路不宜取消合闸电阻,线路长度〈100 km的单回线路和I串同塔双回线路的闪络率和相间过电压标幺值分别接近判据中的允许值0.01次/a和2.95,因此在实际工程中宜结合具体条件进行研究,可能会满足取消合闸电阻的条件。提出为了扩大取消断路器合闸电阻的范围,建议进一步研究降低操作过电压等效风速系数、采取其他措施进一步抑制合空线过电压。To study the feasibility of canceling ultra high voltage (UHV) circuit breaker closing resistor, we put forward a criterion considering the security of substation and transmission lines. Moreover, the closing overvoltage level, time to crest, and lines flashover rate of UHV lines length range 50~400 km are calculated using electromagnetic transient pro- gram (EMTP) while the circuit breakers are in the absence of closing resistor. The calculation results indicate that the lines longer than 100 km are not suitable for canceling closing resistor, and the single-circuit lines and I type insulator string double-circuit lines on the same tower shorter than 100 km should be studied according to specific project condi- tions, which may cancel closing resistor. To enlarge the range of canceling closing resistor, it is suggested that the switching overvoltage equivalent wind speed coefficient should decease from 0.5 to 0.4, and other measures of restricting closing overvoltage should be taken.
