摘  要:目的观察外用药京万红软膏与绿药膏(林可霉素利多卡因凝胶)对日晒伤的治疗效果。方法对我海军官兵某次海泳过程中134例大面积日晒伤患者进行临床研究,采用分组对照方法:将86例Ⅰ度日晒伤分为两组,治疗组(n=39)采用京万红软膏治疗,对照组(n=47)采用外用绿药膏治疗;将48例浅Ⅱ度日晒伤分为两组,治疗组(n=26)采用京万红软膏治疗,对照组(n=22)采用外用绿药膏治疗。结果京万红软膏治疗Ⅰ度日晒伤止痛总有效率为56.4%,愈合天数(4.2±1.5)d;治疗浅Ⅱ度日晒伤止痛总有效率为57.7%,愈合天数(6.0±2.2)d。绿药膏治疗Ⅰ度日晒伤止痛总有效率为87.2%,愈合天数(4.6±1.3)d;治疗浅Ⅱ度日晒伤止痛总有效率为90.9%,愈合天数(7.1±1.9)d,两组止疼总有效率和愈合时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论京万红软膏比绿药膏更能促进日晒伤愈合,但止痛效果明显较绿药膏差。Objective To observe the efficacy of Jingwanhong ointment and Green ointment(Lincomycin Lidocaine Gel) on sunburn. Methods One hundred and thirty- four patients with sunburn occurred during sea swim training were analyzed. Eight- six patients with Grade I sunburn were divided into two groups, the treatment group(n=39) were treated with Jingwanhong ointment, the controls(n=47) were treated with Green ointment. Forty-eight cases with Grade II sunburn were divided into two groups, the treatment group(n=26) were treated with Jingwanhong ointment, the controls(n=22) were treated with Green ointment. Results The effective rate of Jingwanhong ointment on the pain of grade I sunburn was 56.4%, the recovery duration was(4.2±1.5) days, the effective rate on pain of grade II sunburn was 57.7%, the recovery duration was(6.0±2.2) days.The effective rate of Green ointment on the pain of grade I sunburn was 87.2%, the recovery duration was(4.6±1.3) days, the effective rate on pain of grade II sunburn was 90.9%, the recovery duration was(7.1 ± 1.9) days, the difference of recovery durations was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Jingwanhong ointment accelerates the recovery of sunburn more effectively than the Green ointment, but its effect on pain is less than that of the Green ointment.
