摘　　要：本文采用问卷调研的方式对广州地区居民的家庭基本情况、用能设备、生活方式和用能行为等情况进行了调查,归纳出广州地区典型家庭特征以及典型的居民用能行为与发生概率,分析总结动作发生导因,并进一步给出工作日家庭各功能区的典型使用概率模型,为结合人行为因素的住宅能耗预测提供数据及模型支撑。In this paper,a questionnaire survey manner was applied to investigate the basic family information,equipment,energy consumption,lifestyle and energy use behavior of residents in Guangzhou city. We concluded some typical characteristics of Guangzhou families,some typical energy-related behaviors as well as their probability of occurrence,and analyzed the causes for these behaviors. Further,a common probability model of every room＇s daily use in a typical Guangzhou family are presented to support the behavior-based prediction of residential building energy consumption.
