摘　　要：整体性能化评价方法是以建筑整体能耗为目标,利用能耗模拟软件,进行建筑节能评价的方法,计算复杂、难度大。本文提出了性能化评价方法简化计算工具的开发思路,通过能耗模拟计算和数据回归拟合,建立了公共建筑常用空调系统用能设备能耗计算简化模型,在此基础上开发了简化计算工具,并对计算工具的准确性进行了验证。The building efficiency performance-based evaluation method is aimed to evaluate the building energy conservation performance with energy simulation software. The calculation of this evaluation method is too difficult and complex. The development idea of the simplified calculation tool is introduced in this article. This article developed simplified calculation tool by studying common HVAC devices ＇ mathematical model with energy simulation and data regression. The accuracy of the tool is verified in this article.
