摘 要:本文选取上海地区一户典型居民,以实际使用状态下的室内通风环境作为研究分析对象,对室内CO2浓度、空气温湿度、空调运行状态和门窗开关状态进行了一个较为完整的夏季、过渡季和冬季的连续监测和记录。通过数据分析,总结对比出不同季节的室内通风环境实际状况及特征,并深入分析了空调使用和开窗习惯等人的主动行为对室内环境测试的影响。结果表明,不同季节空调运行和门窗状态对室内通风环境影响显著。本文测试结果和测试分析方法为深入掌握夏热冬冷地区的真实居住环境状况提供了参考,为合理控制居住环境、制定节能通风策略提供了基础。This paper investigated the indoor ventilation environment under real living conditions,taking a typical residence in Shanghai as the research subject via continuous field measurements. The indoor CO2 concentration,air temperature and relative humidity were monitored and two behavior-related parameters,the electricity consumption of air conditioner and the open / closed state of the window / door were recorded from summer to spring. Based on the monitored data,the actual indoor environment under real living conditions were summarized and compared for different seasons. The results also indicated that occupant behaviors have significant correlations with the indoor ventilation environment. The findings of this paper can improve the understanding of the status of indoor ventilation environment and thus make the way to improve it for residential buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter zone.
