摘　　要：中国的政治参与具有两个层面,既有自下而上的政治参与,也有自上而下的反向政治参与。反向政治参与体现在群众路线、调查研究和征集人民意见等政治过程之中。中国的社会主义协商民主内在包含了两种政治参与模式。这也是社会主义协商民主的独有、独特和独到之处。China＇s political participation has two aspects. Besides the political participation from bottom to top, there is also a top-down reverse political participation. Reverse political participation is reflected in such political process as the mass line, investigation and people＇s opinions collection. China＇s socialist deliberative democracy contains two kinds of political participation mode, which is the special and unique characteristics of socialist deliberative democracy.
