摘　　要：数字化是当代社会工作与生活变迁的主轴,期刊的质量代表期刊的出版水平与社会效益,高校作为学术研究的主要阵地之一,其学术期刊质量建设与学术进步息息相关。数字化对学术期刊的巨大双重影响使得编辑工作者应该高度重视学术期刊质量保证体系建设研究,利用其有利的方面,避免其不利的方面,进一步完善高校学术期刊质量保证体系。Digitization is the spindle of social work and the changes of life. The quality of journals represents the publishing level of periodicals and social benefits. University is a major academic research center, the quality construction of whose journals is closely related to the academic progress. Digitization has a huge double impact on academic journals so that editors should attach great importance to the quality of academic journals to assure the construction of the system, using its favorable aspects from different perspectives and avoiding its negative aspects, to further improve the quality assurance system of academic journals.
