复杂性组织中无序的“第四张面孔”

摘　　要：莫兰认为无序所具有的组织作用使无序呈现出"第四张面孔",这还不能足以说明"第四张面孔"的全部内涵。虽然"第四张面孔"离不开无序的组织作用,但更离不开具有组织作用的组织。只有当无序、有序及组织成为关联体,组织才可能为了自身的生存与存在对无序的组织作用进行选择,无序的组织作用才可能实现,这是无序呈现"第四张面孔"的深层原因。更进一步说,组织化关联与组织化参与就是"第四张面孔"的核心,因为无序在组织化关联和组织化参与中起着至关重要的作用,没有无序很难想象有组织化关联与组织化参与,有了组织化关联和组织化参与才有了组织,才有了无序的"第四张面孔"。Moran considers that the fourth face of disorder is caused by its organizational function,which could not ex-plain its full meaning. Although the fourth face connects with disorder 's organizational function,it is more inseparable from the ordered organization. The essence of disorderly fourth face is that,organization may select the disorderly organizational function for its survival and existence,so the disorderly organizational function could work,only if the disorder,order and organization associate with each other. Furthermore,the core of the fourth face is organizational association and participation. Because disorder plays a vital role in organizational association and participation,which then forms organization,and finally presents the disorderly fourth faces.
