摘  要:采用新型LH-01萃取剂萃取分离含氟硫酸稀土溶液中Ce(Ⅳ),Th和F,并进行了串级萃取实验。结果表明,采用LH-01-P_(204)协同萃取工艺,Ce(Ⅳ)和F被萃入有机相,经反萃可得纯度为99.5%的CeO_2及99.9%的CeF_3产品,Ce提取率>95%,Th和F的回收率均>90%,富La稀土产品中ThO_2/REO<5×10^(-6),可实现Ce(Ⅳ),Th,F和其他RE(III)的高效清洁分离。新工艺与硫酸全溶解-Cyanex923萃取CeP507分离工艺相比,LH-01-P_(204)协同萃取工艺仅在辅料消耗可节省5800元/(t 100%REO)以上,经济效益显著。Cascade extraction of Ce( IV), Th and F from the H2S04 leached solution of bastnasite with a novel LH- 01 extractant was investigated. The experimental data indicated that Ce(IV), Th, F, and other RE(III) could be efficiently separated and recovered by a novel synergistic extraction system commercial extractant PEon- In this process, above 95% of the Ce(IV) and the organic phase, while most of the Th ( higher than 90% ) remained in the utilizing 90% of aqueous the LH-01 extractant and the the F were first extracted into phase. After stripping, CeO2and CeF3 with purity of higher than 99.5% were obtained. Moreover, the mass ratio of ThO2/REO in the final lan- thanum-rich rare-earth product was lower than 5 x10 -6. Compared to the conventional acid dissolution-cerium ex- traction by Cyanex923-Ps07 extraction process, the new system can save above Y 5800 per ton 100% REO product, which is more cost-reductive.
