摘  要:研究了高纯氧化铝制备过程中铝酸钠溶液杂质硅、铁的脱除,考察了CaO加入量、反应温度、反应时间对硅、铁脱除率及溶液中铝质量浓度的影响。结果表明:加入氧化钙可较完全脱除铝酸钠溶液中的杂质硅和铁;适宜的CaO加入量为8g/L,反应温度为80~85℃,反应时间为2h;适宜条件下,铝酸钠溶液中杂质硅、铁脱除率分别达98.52%和98.44%,且溶液中铝的损失得到有效控制。Removing of Si and Fe from sodium aluminate solution for preparing high purity alumina was studied. The effects of CaO amount, reaction temperature and reaction time on removal of Si, Fe and the A1 concentration were examined. The results show that Si and Fe can be removed quite completely by adding CaO. The optimum conditions is CaO amount of 8 g/L, reaction temperature of 80--85 ℃ and reaction time of 2 h. The removal rate of Si and Fe in the sodium aluminate solution are 98.52% and 98. 44%, respectively. And the loss of aluminum can be controlled effectively at the best conditions.
