贵州省大足鼠种群年龄鉴定和繁殖参数变化

摘　　要：为准确地鉴定大足鼠的年龄,制订适合贵州省大足鼠种群年龄鉴定的体重划分标准.对贵州省岑巩县、息烽县、关岭县1984-2014年采集的57 只大足鼠体重进行统计分析,结果表明：大足鼠平均体重为（107.82 ± 38.86） g,根据体重的频次分配特征,结合雌、雄鼠的繁殖情况,将大足鼠年龄划分为5个年龄组,确定各年龄组的体重划分标准为：幼年组（Ⅰ）：体重小于或等于45.0 g,亚成年组（Ⅱ）：体重45.1-85.0 g,成年Ⅰ组（Ⅲ）：体重85.1-125.0 g,成年Ⅱ组（Ⅳ）：体重125.1-165.0 g,老年组（Ⅴ）：体重大于165.0 g.大足鼠不同年龄组体重、体长、尾长、后足长、耳长差异显著,且随着年龄的增长而不断增加.不同年龄组种群繁殖力存在显著差异,成年Ⅰ组、成年Ⅱ组为繁殖的主要群体.In order to establish weight division criterion for age identification of Rattus nitidus. We did statistical a-nalysis on weight of these 57 Rattus nitidus which were captured in Cengong County, Xifeng County and Guanling County in Guizhou province from 1984 to 2014. The results showed that the average weight of Rattus nitidus aver-age weight was （107. 82 ± 38. 86）Guizhoug. According to the frequency distribution characteristics of weight, with reference to the reproductive condition, Rattus nitidus was divided into five age groups. We established the weight division criterion for each age group：youth group （Ⅰ） was less than 45. 0Guizhoug, sub-adult group（Ⅱ） was 45. 1-85. 0Guizhoug, adult group I （Ⅲ） was 85. 1-125. 0Guizhoug, adult group II （Ⅳ） was 125. 1-165. 0Guizhoug and old group （Ⅴ） was more than 165. 0Guizhoug. There was significant difference on weight between different age groups. With the growth of population age, weight increased continuously. Furthermore, there was significant difference on reproduction capacity between different age groups. Adult group I and adult group II were the main reproductive contributors.
