摘 要:优化草珊瑚配方颗粒制备工艺,建立配方颗粒质量标准.以L9 (34)对草珊瑚总黄酮超声提取工艺条件进行优化;建立配方颗粒质量标准及黄酮光度测定方法.优选提取工艺为40%乙醇,液料比10:1,40 min,提取3次,此条件下黄酮收率为8.53%.芦丁在0.0000-55.9020μg/mL范围内浓度与吸收度呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为100.34% (RSD=1.69%),配方颗粒中黄酮含量≥0.15g/g.草珊瑚配方颗粒制备工艺可行,质量标准评价指标合理.To optimize the process for the preparation of Sarcandra glabra dispensing granules and establish an UV spectrophotometry method for the determination of flavones in the samples. The optimum ultrasonic wave process was selected by the L9(34) orthogonal design and the content of flavones in dispensing granules was analyzed by UV spectrophotometry. The optimum conditions were 40% ethanol、liquid-material ratio10:1, 40min and 3 times . Under the conditions, the yield of flavones from Sarcandra glabra was 8. 53%. The peak area had a good linearity with the concentration of Rutin and the linear range was 0. 0000-55. 9020μg/mL. The average recovery was 100. 34% and RSD was 1. 69%. The content of flavones in dispensing granules is higher than 0. 15 g/g. The preparation process of Sarcandra glabra dispensing granules was feasible. The UV spectrophotometry method for quality control was accurate and suitable.
