摘  要:目的:建立乙醇、HBV双因素诱导的肝癌癌前病变小鼠模型。方法:将32只HBV转基因小鼠,按随机数字表法分为16周对照组和模型组、22周对照组和模型组四组各8只,通过比较小鼠肝重和肝脏指数变化及肝脏病理变化来评价模型的建立情况。结果:模型组肝重和肝脏指数明显增加,肝脏形态学变化显示22周模型组肝损伤最严重,肝细胞层次1~3层增加,肝索排列紊乱,肝细胞不典型增生有小细胞性改变,细胞具有异型性。结论:乙醇、HBV双因素刺激可加重肝损伤,22周时模型组出现肝癌癌前病理变化,肝癌癌前病变动物模型的建立对于进一步探讨肝癌癌前病变的发病机制具有重要意义。Objective: Established mouse model of hepatocellular carcinoma precancerous lesions with ethanol and HBV-induced two-factor, provide a better model for liver cancer and precancerous lesions of basic research and experimental treatment. Methods: 32 HBV transgenic mice were randomly divided into 16 weeks control group, 16 weeks model group, 22 weeks control group and 22 weeks model group (n = 8), by comparing the liver weight and liver index changes and pathological changes in the liver to evaluate the model established case. Results: Compared with the control group, model group liver weight and liver index increased significantly; compared with 16 weeks model group, the 22 weeks model group liver weight and liver index increased significantly. Morphological changes in liver Display: 22 weeks in the model group is the most serious of liver injury, liver cells increased levels 1 - 3, hepatic cord disorder, liver cell dysplasia small cell changes, cells atypia. Conclusion: Ethanol, HBV two-factor stimulation can aggravate liver injury, 22 weeks HBV transgenic mice model group has liver performance of precancerous lesions.
