摘 要:目的:揭示体质量变化差值在流感药效实验中的预测作用。方法:采用甲型流感病毒感染小鼠模型,达菲作为阳性药物,每天固定时间称量体质量,计算体质量变化差值并进行药效预测;实验第5天解剖小鼠取肺组织称量后计算肺指数并确定药效;比较体质量变化差值药效预测结果与肺指数药效评价结果,最后判断体质量变化差值预测药效的可行性。结果:实验第4天体质量变化差值的药效预测结果和肺指数药效评价结果一致。结论:第4天的体质量变化差值可以用于预测小鼠流感实验的药效。Objective: To reveal prediction of change value of body weight in effect of drugs against intluenza. Methods: After infected with influenza A virus, A/FM/1/47 (H1 N1 ), mice were weighed and taken Tamiflu everyday. On fifth day mice anatomized, lung tissue were taken out and weighed. Change value of Body weight and lung index was calculated then. The possibility of prediction of change value of body weight was analyzed in effect of drugs against influenza finally. Results: On fourth day, change value of body weight is consistent with the lung index in evaluation of drugs effect. Conclusion: Change value of body weight can be used to predict effect of drugs against influenza on fourth day.
