摘  要:目的:从抗氧化系统、能量代谢系统等方面研究针刺大椎穴、足三里穴治疗对运动性疲劳的影响。方法:采用大鼠游泳训练模型,60只雄性大鼠按随机数字表法分为安静对照组、运动对照组、运动+大椎穴+足三里穴组和运动+足三里穴组4组各15只。其中安静对照组不进行游泳训练也不针刺,其余3组每天进行游泳训练60 min,运动对照组运动后不进行针刺,剩余2组运动后进行针刺实验,连续5周。测定与运动性疲劳相关的生化指标。结果:本实验表明针灸大椎、后三里能够使大鼠血清乳酸、血清尿素氮和肝脏丙二醛水平降低,血糖和肝、肌糖原水平及肝脏内超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶等抗氧化酶活性升高。结论:针刺大椎、后三里两穴不仅能够缓解运动性疲劳,且其作用效果优于单纯针刺足三里穴。Objective:To study the impact of acupuncture Dazhui and Zusanli point on sports fatigued rats in terms of antioxidant system and energy metabolic system. Methods: The rat models of swimming training were used. 60 male rats were randomized into four groups ( n = 15 ) , named a motionless control group, a motion control group, a motion + acupuncture Dazhui and Zusanli point group, a motion motion + acupuncture Zusanli point group. In the motionless group, no any motion exercise and acupuncture was applied. Other groups swimming training 60 minutes a day, in the motion control group no acupuncture was applied, in the remaining two groups after motion training corresponding acupuncture was applied for 5 weeks. Afterwards, the relevant biochemical indexes of sports fatigue were determined. Results : Acupuncture Dazhui and Zusanli point decreased the levels of serum lactic acid and urea nitrogen and liver malondialdehyde and increased the levels of blood glucose and some liver antioxidase activities such as superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase. Conclusion: Acupuncture Dazhui and Zusanli point can be anti-sports fatigue, more effective than Acupuncture Zusanli acupoint only.
