手术缝合线束不同放置管理方法的临床应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的比较不同手术缝合线束管理方法的临床应用效果,规范手术缝合线束管理。方法选择2013年3—10月收治的择期手术患者80例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组各40例。对照组器械护士应用手术缝合线固定袋管理手术缝合线束,试验组应用医用手术线束盒管理手术缝合线束。比较两组手术中器械护士添加手术缝合线束所用时间、器械台上无菌巾浸湿例数以及两种手术缝合线束管理器具的占用面积。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果试验组器械护士添加手术缝合线束所用时间为(6.340±1.387)s,低于对照组的(15.906±1.215)s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组器械台上无菌巾浸湿率为0,低于对照组的87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用医用手术线束盒管理手术缝合线束能缩短器械护士添加手术缝合线束时间,避免器械台上无菌巾浸湿,占用面积小,方便器械管理,能提高器械护士手术配合速度,保证手术安全,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the effects of different placement approaches of surgical sutures in clinical application and standardize management of surgical sutures. Methods A total of 80 elective surgeries from March to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 40 cases each. The instrument nurses in the experimental group managed surgical sutures with surgical suture boxes,whereas those in the control group managed them with surgical suture fixing bags. The operation time of adding surgical sutures by instrument nurses,number of soaked asepsis scarfs on the holder,area occupied by surgical suture instruments were compared between two groups. Measurement data was analyzed using t test,while count data using chi square test,P 〈0. 05 was considered statistically significant. Results The operation time of adding surgical sutures by instrument nurses in the experimental group is（ 6. 340 ± 1. 387） s,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,the different was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The proportion of soaked asepsis scarfs on the holder in the experimental group was 0,which was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 87. 5%）,the different was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions Managing surgical sutures with surgical suture boxes can shorten the operation time of adding surgical sutures by instrument nurses,avoid asepsis scarfs on the holder to be soaked,reduce the occupied area,make management of instruments convenient,improve operation cooperation speed of instrument nurses,ensure the safety of the operation and worth clinical promotion.
