摘 要:目的探讨补锌干预对孕妇锌营养状况和新生儿生长发育的影响。方法选择2014年1—10月在济南市第五人民医院定期孕检的孕龄〈12周的孕妇256例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和干预组各128例。对照组口服自制葡萄糖胶囊,2粒/次,2次/d;干预组口服富锌康胶囊,2粒/次,2次/d。分别在孕12、27~29周及产前抽取孕妇静脉血,测定锌浓度。于产后24 h测定新生儿身长、体重、头围、Apgar评分等指标。计量资料采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果孕27~29周、产前干预组锌浓度分别为(0.96±0.26)、(0.96±0.67)μg/ml,高于对照组的(0.82±0.38)、(0.79±0.23)μg/ml,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。干预组新生儿的出生体重、头围、身长及1分钟Apgar评分分别为(3.87±2.31)kg、(34.46±1.31)、(51.02±1.28)cm、(9.72±1.86)分,与对照组的(2.66±1.03)kg、(32.52±2.01)、(47.92±2.23)cm、(8.93±2.05)分比较差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。结论孕妇每日补充适量的含锌胶囊可改善孕妇孕中、晚期的锌营养状态,显著改善新生儿的生长发育状况。Objective To investigate the influence of zinc intervention to zinc nutritional status of the pregnant woman and neonatal growth and development. Methods 256 pregnant women with gestational age less than 12 weeks from January to October 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group( n = 128). The patients in control group were given glucose capsules orally,2 tips / time,2 times / d. The patients in intervention group were given zinc capsules orally,2 tips / time,2 times / d. The concentration of zinc were tested by venous blood in 12 th and 27 ~ 29 th pregnant weeks and antenatal respectively. The weight,height,head circumference and Apgar score in postpartum 24 h were record.Measurement data was processed by t test,count data was processed by chi square test,P 〈0. 05 was considered statistically significant. Results The zinc concentration of intervention group in 27 ~ 29 th pregnant weeks and antenatal were( 0. 96 ±0. 26) and( 0. 96 ± 0. 67) μg / ml,higher than that in control group [( 0. 82 ± 0. 38) and( 0. 79 ± 0. 23) ],the differences were statistically significant( all P 〈0. 05). The weight,height,head circumference and Apgar score in intervention group were( 3. 87 ± 2. 31) kg,( 34. 46 ± 1. 31),( 51. 02 ± 1. 28) cm,( 9. 72 ± 1. 86) points,those in control group were( 2. 66 ±1. 03) kg,( 32. 52 ± 2. 01),( 47. 92 ± 2. 23) cm,( 8. 93 ± 2. 05) points,the differences were statistically significant( all P 〈0. 05). Conclusions To supply proper amount of zinc containing capsule daily can improve zinc nutritional status of pregnant women in mid- pregnancy and late pregnancy,significantly improve the growth and development of neonates.
