联合应用唑来膦酸治疗卵巢早衰继发骨质疏松疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合应用唑来膦酸治疗卵巢早衰继发骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法:选取卵巢早衰继发骨质疏松患者60例,采取随机数字表法分为单一用药组与联合用药组,每组各30例。两组均给予戊酸雌二醇环丙孕酮片,联合用药组另给予唑来膦酸治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后L2-4前后位、股骨颈、三角区及粗隆骨密度较治疗前相比均有所提高,但联合用药组三角区骨密度的提高更加显著。两组患者治疗后血清碱性磷酸酶、尿钙/尿肌酐、尿羟脯氨酸/尿肌酐较治疗前相比均有明显差异,但联合用药组较单一用药组更加显著。结论:联合应用唑来膦酸治疗卵巢早衰继发骨质疏松可有效促进骨形成,临床疗效显著。Objective：To explore the clinical curative effects of zoledronic acid combined with estradiol valerate and cyproterone acetate in the treatment of secondary osteoporosis caused by premature ovarian failure.Methods：A total of 60 patients with secondary osteoporosis caused by POF were selected,and randomly divided into monotherapy group and combined treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in both group were treated with estradiol valerate and cyproterone acetate tablets,and those in combined treatment group were given zoledronic acid also.And then compared the clinical curative effects in the two groups.Results：In patients of both groups,the bone mineral densities（BMDs）increased in the lumbar vertebrae（L2-4）,femoral neck,Ward＇s triangle and trochanter after treatment,but the index of Ward＇s triangle increased more significantly in combined treatment group.After treatment in both groups,significant difference was found in the serum alkaline phosphatase（ALP）level,urinary calcium creatinine ratio（Ca/Cr）and urinary hydroxyproline creatinine ratio（Hyp/Cr）,but the changes were more significant in the combined treatment group than monotherapy group.Conclusion：Zoledronic acid combined with estradiol valerate and cyproterone acetate has remarkable clinical curative effects in the treatment of secondary osteoporosis caused by POF,and it can effectively promote bone formation.
