威草胶囊联合西药治疗慢性尿酸性肾病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:中西医结合与单纯西药治疗尿酸性肾病的临床疗效及安全性的观察。方法:将68例尿酸性肾病患者采用随机方法分为两组,治疗组(中西医结合组)和对照组(西药组),都给予基本饮食治疗及别嘌呤醇治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药威草胶囊治疗,15d为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程,观察患者临床症状,并于治疗前后检测肾功能、血脂等情况。结果:治疗后总有效率治疗组91.67%优于对照组68.75%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血尿酸(SUA)、尿素氮(BUN)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)及24h尿蛋白尿定量、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);对照组SUA、TC较治疗前降低(P<0.05);治疗组BUN、β2-MG、24h尿蛋白尿定量、TC、TG、LDL-C降低优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A1(ApoA1)较治疗前升高(P<0.05);治疗组HDL-C升高优于对照组(P<0.05),且中西药联合应用能有效的减轻临床症状,治疗过程中未发生严重不良反应。结论:威草胶囊联合西药治疗慢性尿酸性肾病有很好的临床疗效,且应用安全。Objective：Observe the clinical efficacy of Weicao capsule combined with western medicine and single western medicine in treating chornic uric acid nephropathy.Methods：68patients with uric acid kidney disease were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group（integrative medicine group）and the control group（western medicine group）,both of patients were given basic dietary treatment and allopurinol,the treatment group were given Weicao capsule on the base of the control group,15 days for a course,a total of four courses of the treatment,then observe the clinical symptoms,and detect kidney function,blood lipids,etc before and after treatment.Results：After the treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group 91.67% was better than the control group 68.75%（P〈0.05）;serum uric acid（SUA）,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,β2-microglobulin（β2-MG）and 24 hquantitative urinary proteinuria,total cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,low density lipoprotein（LDL-C）,apolipoprotein B（ApoB）were lower than that before the treatment in the treatment group（P〈0.05）;SUA and TC were lower than that before the treatment in the control group（P〈0.05）;BUN,β2-MG,24 hurinary proteinuria quantification,TC,TG,LDL-C in the treatment group were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;after the treatment,high-density lipoprotein（HDL-C）and apolipoprotein A1（ApoA1）were increased in the treatment group（P〈0.05）;and HDL-C in treatment group were higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）,and the combination of Chinese and western medicine can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,there were no serious adverse events occur during the treatment.Conclusion：Weicao capsules combined with western medicine have a good clinical effect in chronic uric acid nephropathy,and its application is safe.
