摘  要:目的:优选夏天无醋炙最佳炮制工艺,为阐明醋炙入肝增效理论的科学性提供实验依据。方法:以高效液相色谱法测定夏天无及其炮制品中原阿片碱、盐酸巴马汀两个药效成分含量为衡量指标,采用正交试验设计优选夏天无炮制工艺。结果:加米醋量20%,浸润夏天无药材3h,中火130℃炒制5min为最佳炮制工艺。结论:优选的醋炙工艺稳定可行,能够较好地提高药效成分含量,醋用量、浸润时间、炒制温度对夏天无中有效成分溶出均有显著影响。Objective:To select the best processing vinegar and processing methods of Corydalis decumbens.To provide the experimental basis for the scientific clarify vinegar into the liver of synergistic.Methods:HPLC was applied to determine the content of protopine and palmatine from processed Corydalis decumbens and the processing was designed by orthogonal design.Results:The best sample was stir-frying at 130℃for 5min after adding 20%rice vinegar infiltration 3hr.Conclusion:This optimum technology is stable and feasible,it can increase the contents of effective components better.The dosage of rice vinegar,time of vinegar infiltration,processing temperature are the main factors which affect markedly the quality of processed Corydalis decumbens stir-frying with vinegar.
