阴道超声对出血性妇产科疾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道超声对出血性妇产科疾病的诊断价值。方法选取妇产科收治的198例出血性疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用阴道超声检查,对照组采用腹部超声检查,分析其临床诊断结果的准确度和差别。结果阴道超声检查对出血性妇产科疾病诊断的符合率高于腹部超声检查,其差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道超声对出血性妇产科疾病的诊断更具研究价值,可作为首选方法,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective：To study the clinical application value of vaginal ultrasound for obstetric hemorrhagic diseases. Methods：198 cases of patients with obstetric hemorrhagic disease were enrolled into this study,and were randomly divided into two groups：the observation group and the control group. The two groups respectively adopted vagina ultrasound and ab-dominal ultrasound and were compared with clinical pathological diagnosis. Results：The compliant rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：The vaginal ultrasound diagnosis is valuable for the diagnosis of hemorrhagic disease of obstetrics and gynecology,and can be used as the first choice.
