摘  要:骨关节炎是全球范围内最常见的疾病之一,其病变部位产生的疼痛、肿胀、肌肉萎缩等功能障碍严重影响着患者的生活质量。关节软骨缺损被公认为是骨关节炎发病的早期病理表现,保护和修复缺损的关节软骨成为早期干预骨关节炎的主要措施[1-2]。关节软骨损伤后自我修复能力有限,传统外科修复关节软骨的方法主要包括软骨下钻孔、磨削术和微骨折术等手段,但这种"以创伤修复创伤"的治疗模式临床效果并不理想[3]。Objective To review the sources, cultivation and identification of seed cells in cartilage tissue engineering. Methods Related basic research literature on obtaining seed cells in cartilage tissue engineering was reviewed and analyzed, while repeated research was removed. Results Chondrocytes could be induced and differentiated from animal carticular chodrocytes, mesenchymal stem cells( MSCs), induced pluripotent stem cells( i PSCs) and cartilage stem mesenchymal stem cells, which were proved to have typical chondrocyte characteristic and good biological characteristics. Conclusions These discoveries are lack of in-depth understanding on the exact mechanism that inducing factors induce differentiation of seed cells into chondrocytes. It remains to be articulated how the mechanism operates on inducing differentiation between cells and how to culture regenerated cartilage with characteristic morphology through 3-D printing and cartilage tissue engineering integration. Exploration of the underlying mechanisms will facilitate scientific progress for the clinical treatment of osteoarthritis and other related diseases.
