线性交通遗产的旅游化适应性再利用路径探究

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,部分交通设施的本初功能逐渐弱化甚至丧失。遗产化、旅游化可以实现其功能的演化,为其开创一个新的生命周期,因此遗产化、旅游化成为其存在方式的重要选择。线性交通遗产以道路为主要表现形式,具有形态上的线性、空间上的跨界性、内涵上的多样性、本质上的文化性、遗存上的残缺性等特征。应坚持发展精神经济、体验经济、创意经济、循环经济的基本理念,将适应性再利用作为基本方向,综合考虑其原有用途、文化遗产价值和休闲旅游功能,走文化旅游产业发展之路。在这一过程中,要推进沿线地方政府的深度合作,培育市场主体,建设旅游节点,开辟特色文化旅游线路,创新文化展示手段,设计特色体验项目,同时要注重遗产廊道保护,为线性交通遗产充分发挥文化、教育、旅游、环保的作用创造条件。Under the new historical backgroumt, some traffic facilities are losing their original functions. It has been a trend to renew their life and transform their functions by developing tourism. As the major form of linear transportation, road is linear in form, cross - border in space, diverse in content, cultural in essence, incomplete in relics. We should insist on the following concepts ： spirit econo- my, experience economy, creative economy, circular economy, keeping track of the development of cultural tourism industry., taking a- daptive reuse as basic path, systematically evaluating their original functions, cultural heritage value and leisure tourism function. Fur- thermore, we should encourage local governments to work together to foster markets, create tourist sites, develop travel routes with ex- otic cultures, innovate cultural exhibition manners, design new experience ways and protect the heritage corridor.
