摘　　要：本文通过对综合性医院目前会诊模式及存在问题进行探索,提出创建新型多学科协作会诊(MDT)模式的必要性,并建议建立信息化会诊模式,加强精细化管理等,以达到提升医疗质量、保障医疗安全、减少医疗费用、提高患者满意度的目的。This article explores the current consultation mode and the existing problems of general hospital, and emphasizes the necessity of creating the new multidisciplinary team （MDT） consultation. It suggests setting up in-formationization consultation mode and enforcing the fine management, so as to improve the quality of medical, pro-tect the safety of medical treatment, reduce the medical cost and improve the patients＆#39; satisfaction.
