摘　　要：运用定性与定量相结合的方法,从我国文化产业人才的供需视角对我国文化产业管理专业人才培养模式进行了对比研究。发现国内文化产业管理专业存在教学设置不够规范、教学方法严重滞后、实践环节较为薄弱等几个方面的问题。建议从处理好规范与特色的关系、实行开放式教学、建立校外实训基地等几方面进行改革。The talent cultivation in cultural industry should match with the need of cultural enter-prises. Based on the qualitative, quantitative and comparative methods,the talent cultivation model in cul-tural industry management in our country is studied from the perspective of supply and demand. Three problems are found including the non-normalization in teaching plans,the lagging in teaching methods and the weakness in practice. It is suggested that the reform could be carried out by balancing the rela-tionship between normalization and characteristics,teaching openly and establishing off-campus training bases.
