高压注射器在螺旋CTA扫描中的临床应用及护理分析

摘　　要：目的分析高压注射器在螺旋CTA扫描中的临床应用及护理效果。方法回顾性分析佛山市第一人民医院2014年1月—2015年1月110例进行螺旋CT增强扫描患者临床资料,根据不同治疗方案分为两组(各55例);对照组予以常规高压注射器增强扫描,研究组予以追踪系统结合高压注射器增强扫描,观察并比较两组增强效果及不良反应情况。结果研究组优良率92.73%比对照组76.36%高,且不良反应总发生率9.09%比对照组25.45%低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用追踪系统结合高压注射器应用于螺旋CTA扫描中可获得显著效果,加之有效的护理干预措施,可有效减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective Analysis of the high pressure injector in the clinical application and nursing effect of spiral CTA scanning. Methods A retrospective analysis in January 2014- January 2015 clinical data of 110 patients with spiral CT enhanced scan,according to the different treatment plan is divided into two groups( 55 cases); Control to conventional high pressure syringe enhanced scanning,the team will be tracking system combined with high pressure syringe enhancement scan, observe and compare the enhancement effects and adverse reactions of the two groups. Results The team was 92. 73% higher than the control group 76. 36%,9. 09% and the incidence of adverse reactions to the total is lower than the control group 25. 45%,difference have statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Using the tracking system combined with high pressure syringe used in spiral CTA scanning can obtain significant effect,and effective nursing intervention measures,can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
