摘　　要：作为非遗保护的重要主体之一,地方政府是否具备足够的文化自觉能力是影响非物质文化遗产化保护的一个关键因素。以国家级非物质文化遗产名录项目"女子太阳山祭祀"的遗产化保护工作为研究个案,重点关注地方政府在参与地方少数民族非物质文化遗产化保护工作中的文化自觉认知、文化自觉认同、文化自觉行动及其文化自觉反思等方面的状况,既可以为地方政府与地方少数民族非物质文化遗产化保护间的关系研究提供一项实证个案,又可以为地方政府主导多方参与的遗产化保护工作模式积累有益的经验。Local government is one of the major forces in the preservation work of intangible cul‐tural heritage ;thus ,its cultural consciousness has been the key to this work .This paper adopts“the Female Sun Mountain Worship” ,which is among the listed national intangible cultural heritage pro‐jects ,as a study case .It focuses on the local government’s cognition ,agreement ,action and intro‐spection on cultural consciousness during its participation in the local minority intangible cultural her‐itage preservation work .Thus ,it will not only provide a demonstration case for the research on the relationship between local government and local minority intangible cultural heritage preservation ,but also accumulate some beneficial experience on preservation working model which is led by local gov‐ernment and participated by many members .
