摘  要:选取黄河流域齐家川水土保持示范区为研究对象,基于熵权法改进TOPSIS模型,对水土保持工程设计年限内的水补偿效益进行评价。结果表明:2007年研究区水土保持工程建成当年保水效果最好;2008—2014年除部分工程保水能力下降外,总体运行良好,水补偿效益显著;2015—2036年涝池、谷坊、骨干工程等工程保水效益明显降低。因此,需加强水土保持设施的维护管理工作,继续挖掘各项水土保持措施的保水潜力。This paper chose Qijiachuan pilot project of soil and water conservation and ecological engineering of the Yellow River basin as a study object and evaluated the soil and water conservation project water compensation benefits based on entropy-weight TOPSIS method.The results show that the water compensation benefits of Qijiachuan pilot project were very well in 2007 when the project was finished;the water compensation capacity of the project consisted from 2008 to 2014 and a large amount of water was conserved; from 2015 to 2036 water compensation capacity of the project will be decreased significantly owing to a few facilities have been damaged.Therefore, the management and maintenance of the water and soil conservation facilities should be strengthened.
