摘 要:混凝土坍落度损失是现代混凝土技术发展中遇到的瓶颈之一。结合江西省浯溪口水利枢纽工程常态混凝土坍落度损失过快问题,从材料科学角度探讨了萘系缓凝型减水剂不同掺量或掺加方式对混凝土性能的影响。试验研究了萘系缓凝型减水剂对混凝土坍落度及其经时损失、抗压强度、泌水率等性能的影响规律。提高掺量或仅改变掺加方式能改善混凝土坍落度损失,略提高混凝土抗压强度,而对混凝土泌水率的影响规律不一致。若采用滞水法或二次添加法,则滞水时间或二次添加时间不宜过长,同时需注意混凝土泌水率的增大问题。最后提出了解决浯溪口水利枢纽工程混凝土坍落度损失问题的技术方案。The problem of concrete slump loss limits the development of modern concrete technology, and remains to be a big problem in Wuxikou water conservancy project in Jiangxi Province.From the angle of materials science, this study discussed the influence of mixture dosage and mixture pattern of naphthalene super-plasticizer on concrete performance.Experiments were carried out to study the pattern of influence of naphthalene super-plasticizer on concrete slump and overtime slump loss, concrete compressive strength and the bleeding rate. Increasing the dosage or only changing mixture pattern could cut the concrete slump loss and slightly increase concrete compressive strength, which effected on concrete bleeding rate oppositely.If naphthalene super-plasticizer was added after water or added by two times, the adding time should be controlled, and it should be noticed that the bleeding rate would increase.Finally a method of solving concrete slump loss in practical project was given, which could be an example for better utilization of naphthalene super-plasticizer in water conservancy projects.
