摘 要:利用5个不育系(隆科638S、晶4155S、C815S、Y58S、深08S)和4个恢复系(6089、6081、6439-C730、5781),通过不完全双列杂交配置20个杂交组合,同时对F1代的11个农艺性状进行配合力分析.结果表明,大多数农艺性状的一般配合力方差及特殊配合力方差都达到了显著或者极显著差异水平,且亲本的一般配合力方差明显大于特殊配合力方差,说明杂交水稻主要农艺性状的遗传以加性效应为主;一般配合力及特殊配合力效应值差异均依组合及性状的不同而变化,两者之间是相互独立的,无明显变化规律.The combining ability of 11 major agronomy characters of F1 derived from 5 male sterile lines and 4 restorer lines was studied by incomplete diallel cross( NC II) design. The results showed that the variance of general combining ability( GCA)and specific combining ability( SCA) have reached the level of significant or extremely significant in most agronomic traits; in the same time,the variance of GCA in parents is significantly higher than the variance of SCA in combinations,which showed that the additive effect is more important than the non-additive effect for all of the agronomic characters. According to the combinations and agronomic traits,the effect of GCA and SCA are different,which are independent each other,and show no remarkable regularity.
