摘　　要：高等学校为在校大学生设立辅导员制度是中国特色社会主义在高等教育方面的重要体现,辅导员队伍作为高等学校思想政治工作的专职队伍,在为祖国培养"四有"新人——即有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义建设者和接班人方面发挥着不可替代的中坚作用,是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量.文章就学生辅导员队伍建设及如何突出这支骨干力量的职业化、专业化整体素质方面进行初探.The system of college instructors in China is a feature of socialist higher education. The instructors,as the professional staff of the ideological and political work for the college students,play an important role in the cultivation of all-round developing talents in colleges. This paper aims to explore the strategies of the construction and development of occupational and professional college instructor staff.
