摘　　要：实现2040年上海发展低碳建筑战略目标的关键举措包括:一是可再生能源的应用。随着新能源技术的创新和不断成熟,使太阳能和地热能等新能源在建筑中得到广泛应用。二是确定低碳建筑标准,增加低碳建筑的规模和比例。三是完善政府政策,为发展低碳建筑设计完整的政策体系。四是提高低碳意识及激励机制的创新,树立低碳环保的价值观。In order to achieve the strategic goal of development of low carbon building in Shanghai in 2040,the crucial measures include:first,with the maturity and innovation of the new energy technology,the application of renewable energy makes it possible that the solar energy,geothermal energy and other new energy can be widely applied in the building.The second is to determine the low carbon building standards,increase the size and proportion.The third is to improve the low carbon architecture and the design of a complete policy system.The fourth is to improve the low-carbon consciousness and incentive mechanism of innovation,and establish a low carbon environmental protection.
