LEEP术结合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗重度宫颈糜烂患者的疗效探究

摘　　要：目的:探讨宫颈电圈环切术(LEEP术)联合重组人干扰素α-2 b凝胶治疗重度宫颈糜烂患者的临床效果。方法:选取重度宫颈糜烂患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组患者在行LEEP术后使用重组人干扰素α-2 b凝胶治疗,对照组患者在行LEEP术后使用常规药物治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、阴道流液量、流液时间、创面愈合时间及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的83.33%,两组患者比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的阴道流液量、流液时间及创面愈合时间均少于对照组,两组患者间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率为6.67%,明显低于对照组23.33%,两组患者比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LEEP术结合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗重度宫颈糜烂患者可促进其创面愈合,降低并发症发生,提高治疗效果,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate clinical effects of cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure ( LEEP surgery) com-bined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in treatment of severe cervical erosion. Methods:120 cases of severe cervical ero-sion were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group. After LEEP, the obser-vation group was treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel treatment, while the control group received the conventional drug therapy. The effects, vaginal fluid volume, fluid flow time, wound healing time and complications of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of observation group (96. 67%) was apparently higher than that of control group (83. 33%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The vaginal fluid volume, fluid flow time and wound healing time in observation group were less than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). The complication incidence of observation group (6. 67%) was apparently lower than that of control group (23. 33%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusions:LEEP surgery combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel in the treatment of severe cervical e-rosion can promote wound healing, reduce complications, improve the therapeutic effect, and is worthy of wide clinical application.
