摘　　要：目的:观察腹膜透析患者并发胸腔积液的治疗及转归。方法:回顾性分析44例合并大量胸腔积液的腹透患者的临床特征、治疗方法及转归。结果:除恶性和特发性胸腔积液治疗效果较差外,其余原因导致的患者胸腔积液经治疗后均可缓解。结论:腹膜透析患者并发胸腔积液应定期检查,及早发现与早治疗。Objective: To observe treatments and outcomes of peritoneal dialysis patients complicated with pleural effusion. Methods:A retrospective analysis was carried out on the clinical features, treatment methods and outcomes of 44 peritoneal dialysis patients complicated with pleural effusion. Results:Except the malignant and idiopathic pleural effusion, other reason induced pleural effusion all could be treated and alleviated. Conclusions:The peritoneal dialysis patients complicated with pleural effusion should be regularly examines, early diagnosed and treated.
