摘  要:针对目前由直线电机驱动的压力机的不足,提出一种新型的动力系统下置、采用肘杆-杠杆二次增力机构、并且由直线电机驱动的数控压力机。阐述了其工作原理,给出了简明的力学计算公式,并进行了力学性能分析。该压力机由于动力系统下置、新颖的对称式结构设计和采用直线伺服电机驱动,不仅输出力大,压力机的重心降低,动态稳定性好,结构尺寸减小,而且也使压力机的工作台及其底座的受力状况得到改善,达到了近乎静音冲裁的效果。To solve the deficiency of present press driven by linear motor, a novel NC press with toggle-lever force amplifier driv-en by linear motor was creatively designed, and a concise mechanical formula for calculation and the performances analysis were given after describing its working principle. Distinguishing features of this press, those were, under-mounted power system, symmetrical structure design and application of linear servo motor, made it have not only big force to output but also lower gravity center, which ensured that this press had better mechanical performance, smaller volume and the effect of almost mute punching, so that the force sit-uations of the worktable and the base were also improved.
