摘　　要：异形罐盖罩边机用于对异形罐盖进行罩边,是异形罐盖生产的重要设备。传统的冲床冲压罩边存在着成本高、合格率低和效率低等问题。设计了新型异形罐盖罩边机,该机器结构紧凑、操作简单、性能稳定可靠而且更换模具方便,适用于不同形状的罐盖。实践证明:与目前实际应用的各种罩边机械比较,该机器减少了能源消耗,降低了加工成本,提高了生产效率。The curling machine for irregular end is used to curl the edge of irregular end. It is an important device. The irregular can is pressed by the punch which has the disadvantage of high cost, low qualified rate and low efficient. The new type of curling ma-chine for irregular end was designed which had the advantages of compact structure, simple operation, steady performance and the replacement of die was easy. It was suitable for different shapes of end. Applications show that the new type of curling machine for irreg-ular end has lower consumption, lower cost and higher efficient than the other curling machine.
