摘　　要：介绍了球面磨削加工的几种方法,以及球面磨削加工精度所依赖的要素。论述了展成法磨削外球面的加工原理,推导出砂轮几何尺寸、工件球体几何尺寸以及倾角计算公式,并分析了在加工中可能出现的加工误差及产生误差的原因,给出了球形检查的方法以及改进方案,对实际生产具有一定的借鉴意义。On the basis of some ways and important factors on machining accuracy of grinding sphere, the machining principle of generating method used to grind sphere was introduced, then the formula of slope angle and the formula between the graphic size of grinding wheel and spherical workpiece were deduced. Finally, the error and its causes in manufacturing process were analyzed so that improving plan and methods of inspecting spherical workpiece were obtained. This study is very useful in practical uses.
