摘 要:针对传统棒料剪切设备存在的较差的断面剪切质量和较低的剪切效率、材料利用率,分析影响坯料剪切断面质量的主要原因,研究径向夹紧和高速剪切组合的棒料精密剪切下料工艺。同时设计棒料精密剪切设备,对设备的原理、结构和控制系统进行了分析。结果表明:开发的精密棒料剪切设备,剪切后坯料的断面倾斜度、椭圆度和粗糙度明显小于普通剪切,获得了较高的断面剪切质量、效率和材料利用率。Aiming at the characteristics of poor section shearing quality, low shearing efficiency and material utilization of tradi-tional bar shearing equipment, the main reasons affecting the shearing section quality of blanks were analyzed. The bar shearing process with radial clamping and high-speed shearing was researched. The bar shearing equipment was designed and its principle, structure and control system were analyzed. The results shows that using the designed shearing equipment, the cross-section tilt, oval and roughness are significantly less than that of traditional bar shearing equipment, higher shearing quality, efficiency and material utilization are gotten.
