摘  要:高水基高压大流量安全阀是液压支架的关键元件之一,其密封性能直接影响到液压支架的工作性能。针对高压大流量差动式安全阀,基于ANIDA有限元软件,分析密封材料特性和选择组合密封的必要性。并在高压大流量的工况下,确定了该安全阀组合式密封合适的预压缩量,为安全阀的泄漏控制提供技术支持。The high water-based and high pressure large flow safety valve is one of the key components of hydraulic support sys-tem. Its sealing performance directly affects the working performance of hydraulic support. Specific tothe high pressure and large flow rate differential type safety valve and based on ADINA, the sealing material characteristics and the necessity of the selection of com-bined sealingwere analyzed. Moreover, under high pressure and large flow conditions, the suitable pre-compression of this safety valve combined sealing components was determined. It provides technical supports for leakage controlling to safety valve.
