摘　　要：研制一套水泵高温测试系统,给出该系统的具体电气设计原理方案。该系统利用水塔原理,增大压力促使水的沸点提高,较好地解决了当水温超过100℃时会沸腾导致试验无法正常进行的问题。该系统同时满足水泵对温度、精度、安全性等多方面的要求,可进行水泵安全及性能测试。A high-temperature testing system for water pumps was designed. Its electrical principle scheme was given. Based on the principle of water tower,the problem that test could not be done when the temperature of water exceeded 100 ℃ was figured out.The testing system meets the requirements of temperature,accuracy and security for tests and can be used to complete safety and performance tests for water pumps.
