摘  要:四川盆地川中隆起北斜坡的下沙溪至须家河地层可钻性差,跳钻严重,易断钻具,钻头磨损严重,无法提高PDC钻头工作的稳定性。为此,研制了PDC钻头恒扭矩工具,并以XING101井为例,对工具进行了现场应用。PDC钻头恒扭矩工具主要由螺旋花键短节和弹簧蓄能装置组成,工具能够适应深井高温高压环境,使用过程中将破坏性能量转化存储后释放为破岩的正能量;工具根据钻头扭矩自动调整钻压,保证钻头近匀速旋转,防止出现憋跳卡滑现象。现场录井数据显示,应用PDC钻头恒扭矩工具井段与上、下井段相比扭矩波动小且平稳,同时机械钻速有所提高,能够最大化地保护井下管柱,有利于钻井作业采用更先进、更精密的井下仪器。The lower Shaxi to the Xujiahe formations in North Slope of Central Sichuan Uplift in the Sichuan Basin are less drillable. In drilling of these formations, serious drilling bouncing, broken drill tool and serious bit wear may occur, which restrain the improvement of the PDC bit stability. To address this issue, a PDC bit anti stick-slip tool was developed and applied in Well XING101. The PDC bit anti stick-slip tool mainly consists of a short helical spline sub and spring energy storage device. The tool can be adapted to high temperature and high pressure deep wells. By converting, storing and releasing the destructive energy into rock-breaking energy, the tool can automatically adjust the WOB according to torque and maintain a nearly uniform rotation, preventing bit bounc-ing and stick-slip. The field logging data show that, compared with the upper and lower hole section, the hole sec-tion drilled with the tool has a less torque fluctuation, and the ROP is improved. The tool can provide protection for downhole string to the greatest extent and is helpful for running more sophisticated downhole tools in drilling opera-tions.
