摘 要:水下平板闸阀阀座密封的可靠性和稳定性直接影响水下生产系统的正常运行。通过对水下闸阀密封试验测试、几种典型阀座密封结构及密封机理、闸阀关键部件材料选择和热喷涂技术等进行阐述,得出水下闸阀阀座密封结构设计要求点,即首先根据油气介质的工作压力、气质条件来确定密封方式;其次是设计的阀板与阀座金属密封面在低压状态下必须具有自密封性;再者是设计的阀板与阀座需始终保持浮动状态;最后是应选择合适的阀座与阀板密封面喷涂材料及喷涂工艺。建议我国应加大水下闸阀阀板与阀座金属密封面涂层材料的自主研发,深入研究热喷涂后的腐蚀行为测试方法,确定不同工况下涂层材料的选择方案及依据。研究内容可为我国的平板闸阀国产化研制提供参考。The reliability and stability of subsea slab gate valve seat sealing have direct effect the normal oper-ation of subsea production systems. Introductions have been given to the subsea valve seal test, sealing structure and sealing mechanism of several typical valve seats, material selection for the key components of the valve and thermal spraying technologies. The subsea valve seat seal structural design requirements are concluded that sealing type should first be determined based on oil and gas operating pressure and gas conditions. The designed valve slab and seat metal sealing surface at low pressure should have self-sealing capacity. The designed valve slab and valve seat need to always maintain a floating state. The right coating material and coating process should be selected for the valve seat and the valve slab sealing surface. China' s independent research and development of coating materi-als for the subsea gate valve slab and valve seat metal sealing surface should be enhanced. In-depth study of the test method of the corrosion behavior after thermal spraying should be conducted. Scheme and basis of coating materials selection under different conditions should be determined.
