摘　　要：针对目前海上油田过电缆封隔器坐封用堵塞器功能集成多、结构复杂、钢丝作业次数多及维修成本高等问题, 研制了一种新型简易坐封堵塞器.新型堵塞器适用于Ф88. 9 mm 油管条件下过电缆封隔器的坐封, 结构简单, 组成件少, 成本低, 易于维护; 新型堵塞器钢丝作业采用一投一捞方式, 缩短作业时间2～3 h, 降低作业费用50%, 同时采用内、外双投捞结构, 具备二次打捞能力, 提高了作业成功率.现场应用结果表明, 新型堵塞器与坐落接头形成台阶定位并密封, 作业时不通过坐落接头, 消除了堵塞器落井风险, 减少了修井作业次数, 应用效果良好.Currently, the setting plug for through-cable packer is disadvantageous for multiple integrated functions, complex structure, high workload of slick line operations, time-consuming operation and high mainte-nance cost. In this regard, a new type of simple setting plug has been developed. The new plug is suitable for the setting of through-cable packer for ?88. 9 mm tubing with simplified structure, low cost and easy maintenance. The new plug has a simplified slick line operation procedure with once casting and once fishing, which helps to reduce the operation time by 2~3 h and operating costs by 50%. By adopting internal and external dual casting-fishing structure, the tool has an additional fishing capacity which improves the operation success rate. Field application shows that the step location method of the new plug does not need the landing nipple during operation, eliminating the risk of plug falling into the hole. The tool can reduce the number of workover operations with good performance.
