摘  要:串联多级大直径喷嘴结构可对ASP复合溶液分子链进行逐级剪切,达到控制压力损失的目的。利用Fluent流体数值计算软件对不同级数串联喷嘴过流通道的速度分布、压力分布、视黏度分布及平均应变率进行了数值模拟,分析了各级喷嘴的剪切效果。分析结果表明,相同喷嘴直径条件下,喷嘴级数越多,ASP复合溶液的压力损失和视黏度损失越大;3级喷嘴的剪切效果与3级以上喷嘴产生的剪切效果相差不大,3级喷嘴串联为最优组合;多级较大直径喷嘴串联剪切效果优于单级小直径喷嘴剪切效果。Tandem multistage large-diameter nozzle structure can progressively cut the molecular chain of ASP complex solution to control the pressure loss. In this paper, the Fluent software was used to analyze the velocity dis-tribution, pressure distribution, apparent viscosity distribution and average strain rate of flow channel of tandem nozzles with different stages, so as to identify the shear effect of each nozzle. The results show that, given the same nozzle diameter, the pressure loss and the apparent viscosity loss of ASP complex solution increase with the in-crease of nozzle stages. The shear effect of three-stage nozzle is similar to that of nozzle with three more stages. Thus, three-stage nozzle is the optimal combination. Multistage large-diameter tandem nozzles have a better shear effect than the single-stage small-diameter nozzle.
