摘　　要：从分析我国农村集体土地增值收益分配现状模式入手,探讨了农村集体土地增值收益分配执行监督问题。将土地增值收益分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ,并分别对其分配过程中的执行与监督问题进行了研究。提出明确土地产权、建立产权价值测算体系、严惩官商勾结、加强执行监督队伍自身建设等建议。Based on the analysis of the status quo of China's rural collective land value-added benefits distribution pattern, the article discussed the executive and supervision of this problem. In the study, the land value-added benefits was divided into type I, II and III, and the executive and supervision of the three types was studied respectively. It is suggested that the land property rights should be clarified; a property value calculation system should be established; any collusion should be heavily punished; and the self construction of the executive and supervision team should be strengthened.
